In addition to providing ecommerce functionality for consumers, the system also provides a signup for stores to become resellers and, after approval, allows ordering at wholesale pricing. When Bikram Yoga opened in a renovated warehouse on Lynchburg's historic Riverfront, their site had some great information but didn't show the beauty of the studio space. KiteString created a site that put that beauty right out front...with a large image rotator on the home page that shows the yoga studio, locker rooms, retail space and lobby.

R.B. Taylor and Sons has been a staple in the recreational vehicle business for decades. They knew that to compete on a regional scale, they had to position themselves online. KiteString created a clean, professional site that had upfront impact but was also easy to update as inventory and vehicle models changed. The site also links to their online parts sales. Electronic Design and Manufacturing (EDM) is a major player in the electronics and circuit board industry. As their market became more and more price sensitive with the addition of low cost (commodity) providers, they needed an image overhaul to help position them as a quality manufacturer that was also a "thought leader" in the industry. From an image standpoint, it was also important that the site not be too "fancy" since that would lead to the assumption that they were too large to provide cost effective limited runs.
